Once you have paid to download a decision tree, some times you may face problems with the file downloaded (JPD or PDF), for example:






The following actions should fix your problem:

a) Refresh the page:
    1.- When you are browsing the entire decision tree, click the refresh button of your web browser (or F5).
    2.- Reduce the zoom of the decision tree.
    3.- Move the decision tree (when you place your mouse over one of the nodes, left click on it and move it).
    4.- Click again on JPG or PDF buttons on the top left to download it again.
    5.- If it didn't work, please try the following solution.

b) Clear your cache:
    1.- Please sign out of iBoske.
    2.- Close iBoske website tab/browser.
    3.- Clear your web browser cache (follow the instructions here for Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer).
    4.- Now you can access again iBoske, login, visit "PRINT / DOWNLOADS" section, and download your decision tree.
    5.- If it didn't work, please try the following solution.

c) Use a different web browser:
    1.- Visit iBoske on a different web browser (if you were using Google Chrome, try Firefox, for example).
    2.- Visit "PRINT / DOWNLOADS" section, and download your decision tree.
    3.- If it didn't work, please try the following solution.

d) Contact our support team:
    1.- If you still can't download the decision tree, please contact us.
