If you are a Subscribed user, then you are billed monthly or annually (depending on your selection). We will always use the same payment method you used the first time.

To provide you with the best service, we use the payment gateway 2Checkout (also known as 2CO). 2Checkout, trusted by over 50,000 merchants, supports transactions in 196 countries through 8 payment methods, 26 currencies, and 15 languages, forming one of the leading processors of online transactions in the world.

To provide you with the most secure service, we forward you over a secure channel to 2Checkout for the payment, which is a PCI Compliant merchant, so iBoske has no knowledge of any of your the financial information.

Because of that, if over time your card expires you will have to update to provide your new credit card data to 2CO.

If your credit card data has expired

2CO will send you an email when your credit card is going to expire.

Once you receive this notification you must click on the link included in the email to update your credit card information. 2CO will attempt to bill again within 24 hours of the update.

Your order will not be cancelled, but if you don't update your credit card information in the next 7 calendar days, your subscription will be cancelled and your account plan will become Free (your decision trees will become unpublished and won't be able to publish them again with the enhanced features provided in the Subscription plan).

If your credit card data is about to expire

To avoid problems with future bills, we encourage you to update your credit card data. To do so you will have to contact 2Checkout directly at https://2co.com.

On 2CO you will be required to enter:
  • Your email address given at the time of purchase, and
  • 2CO Order Number, or Paypal Invoice ID (you can find both in the confirmation email received after the previous payment), or the first 6 and last 6 digits of the card charged.
After that step, you will be able to modify your payment preferences for future bills.
