For time-limited decision tree sharing you have two options:

Password protect it

Once you set a decision tree as Private, you can set multiple different passwords for the same decision tree.

You will have to enable the option "Password protected".

Let's imagine that you want to share the same decision tree with 2 different users:
  • Alice: Create a password for that decision tree such as "alice_YourPasswd". Provide Alice with that password, so she can access that decision tree.
  • Bob: Create a password for that decision tree such as "bob_MyKey". Provide Bob with that password, so he can access that decision tree.
If at some moment you want to restrict Bob access to that decision tree, you just have to remove the password "bob_MyKey" from that decision tree. Alice will be able to continue using her password to access that decision tree.

Share a private link

Once you set a decision tree as Private, you can create a private link to it.

You will have to enable the option "Share via a private link". iBoske will create a random link to your decision tree.

Let's imagine that you want to share the same decision tree with 2 different users:
  • Alice: Provide Alice with that link, so she can access that decision tree.
  • Bob: Provide Bob with that link, so he can access that decision tree.
If at some moment you want to restrict Bob access to that decision tree, you just have to disable the "Share via a private link" from that decision tree. Alice won't be able to continue using the private link to access that decision tree, but you can enable "Share via a private link" again and a new random link will be created, which you can provide Alice again.
